Had a bad experience with LUL's promotion system?
Tell us about it.
Your union, RMT, is determined to speak up for you and put an end to the unfairness that is rampant in London Underground’s promotion system. We believe that, especially since the company privatised the recruitment and promotion set-up, our members have been systematically denied opportunities to further your careers.
You can be part of your union’s fight for a better deal for staff. If you have had a bad experience with the promotion system, please fill in this questionnaire. You can give us your name, or you can remain anonymous if you prefer. We will use these questionnaires to put together a picture of what is happening to staff, and to prove to management that the system is chaotic and unfair. We are taking part in a Joint Working Party with management about promotion and recruitment, and these questionnaires will provide valuable evidence (and ammunition!) for your union representatives. Your response will be put together with others’ to present an overall picture of the problem. We will only reveal the details of your individual case to management if you say that’s OK.
