Whilst management stated that both Station Supervisors and Control Room staff would be unaffected by the OSP proposals, it is clear this is not the case.

Submitted by Gavin Bowtell on Fri, 20/08/2010 - 12:58In a democratic and civilised society the right to strike is second only to the right to vote.
Nevertheless many members of the public and of the political establishment abhor this fundamental right.

Collective Grievance for Liverpool Street Group
Submitted by Gavin Bowtell on Wed, 11/08/2010 - 16:07Our fundamental objections are to:
ALDGATE
1 full time SAMF to go!
SAMFs no longer a 0700-1100 duty, it is no 0615-1400 with a 0515 start on some Thursdays.
BARBICAN
1 full time CSA to go!
reduction in weekends for CSAs
2 duties to cover at Liverpool Street station – which may be seen as a further dilution of rostered status.
FARRINGDON
1 full time CSA job to go
Fewer weekends off

Submitted by admin on Tue, 10/08/2010 - 11:55Stanmore
- Rostered SS should not have to cover CSA duties at other stations. The Stanmore SS is not happy about the rostered duty covering CSA at Wembley Park on Mondays. This represents poor use of the LULs resources and will increase travelling time for the rostered SS.
