RMT and TSSA reps have submitted the following collective grievance against the proposed new rosters for Heathrow group:

We believe these rosters contravene Schedule 9(1.1) of the Stations Framework Agreement which sets out to minimise the unsocial aspects of shift working.

We believe the risk of assault to staff will increase and the system made less safe for the travelling public. this contravene Schedule 9 (1.4) of the Framework Agreement.

No staff have agreed to the implementation of the new rosters. this contraves Schedule 9 (1.3) of the Framework Agreement.

The mass reducation of booking office window service and reduction of staff across the network, we belive will result in severe deterioration of customer service. The many points surrounding this issue have been made several times over. This contravenes Schedule 9(1.5) of the Framework Agreement.

The staff are happy to continue to work the current rosters.
