- Will the Oyster survive?
- Will your Oyster problems be eternal?
- Will you have travelled from afar looking for a Ticket Office open?
- Will you then bother to search for another Ticket Office!!?
- Will you have Oyster problems that can’t be resolved, meaning that you may have to buy another Oyster Card or Ticket?
- Will you be able to pay with Cheques, Swipe Cards, Warrants, Vouchers (or get NR discount)?
- Will you feel that this is a ‘World Class Service for a World Class City’?
- Will you recommend us to others?
- Will you understand the best product for you to travel economically?
- Will you enjoy your conversation with the Ticket Machine?
- Will you know how to complain about the ‘World Class Service’?
