Workers Unite!

Station staff on the East Ham Group are organising a ballot for industrial action in support of a sacked member Sarah Hutchins and against continuous breaches of procedure by the local management. Sarah was medically terminated after passing her train operator's licence because she got pneumonia on the last day of her course. She had been assaulted three times on the gateline, once when pregnant and was looking forward to driving trains.

All grades stick together as one!

If management get away with this level of abuse and bullying on the stations, it will not be long before the trains, signals and depot staff is getting the same!

We are asking for solidarity from every level of staff by not crossing our picket lines, turning up to support us on picket lines, not driving through unstaffed stations and supporting us in any way you feel possible.
