Oxford Circus Group Level 1 meeting 05/11/09

The next level1 meeting for the Oxford Circus is on 05/11/09.
If any member has any issues they want me to raise please email me.

One of issues I will be raising again is the 28 day rule from the AAW(Attendance at Work policy).
It has to apparent that a member of staff is off sick for 28 days or more by certification before they can be called in for a 'Progress meeting'. There have been several incidents recently where management ignored this rule and called in members who have not been off for 28 days or didn't have certificates for 28 days or more.
Members were also not given advise that they entitled to union or work colleague representation.
