With the justified strike action taking place it is unfortunate that other issues tend to fall by the wayside.

this is just a heads up to all those affected by the £5 trial. today the three months trial was up, but as yet no one has told anyone to stop! ticket office staff on my group are unsure of what to do as no one has mentioned its time to stop. my advice to members is obvious...the trial is over and return to what was, unfortunately management are struggling to find anyone to answer this obvious question...when is the trial over.
