Staffing levels – LU denied our request for more staff based on their BNS of 2 months, saying that the increase of passengers had risen from 4,462 to 9,701 per week and at this time they couldn’t justify an increase in staffing numbers.
SS meal relief’s – LU stated that they don’t usually cover SS meal breaks on non-section 12 stations but duty schedules have looked into this and can utilise SS’s off the group to cover early and late turn breaks Mon-Fri only. (Failed to agree at level 1 as SS would come from Shepherd's Bush leaving that station babysat by CSAs.)
Complexity review – We wanted a review before it opened but LU have said that one will take place in six months time once more data has been collected.
