Three Changes to the Framework Agreement

Unions and management have agreed the following three changes to the Framework Agreement for station staff. No doubt LUL will get round to publishing the new version of the Framework Agreement at some point, but in the meantime please bear in the mind that this rules now apply.

All three reflect improvements in station and revenue staff's rights won by RMT over the last year or so.

Nomination System

Staff may submit transfer requests and promotional requests once every 12 months. There is no limit to the number of transfer nomination choices, but there must be a minimum of 5 promotional choices.

Rostered Annual Leave for Part Time Weekend Staff

Part time staff who work weekends can start their one week annual leave on a Saturday in order for them to have a complete weekend’s leave. Staff should give their GSM 6 weeks notice.

Overtime

If a member of staff has been allocated overtime and it is no longer required, the staff member must be notified at least 24 hours before the start of the allocated overtime.

If a member of staff has been allocated overtime and subsequently finds they can no longer do it, they must give their Group Station Manager 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in them being debarred from doing overtime for the following 28 days.
