Agenda for Level 1 Meeting 26/6/2008 –Heathrow Group - NOTES

1. Minutes of the last meeting - Past was history! Look forward to the future
2. Dates for the next meeting for the year - Sept and Dec 2008 + 4 dates 2009
3. 12 weekly cycle for Reserve staff - – To be issued as per AG1
4. No Communication from AG1 / Supervisor once the duties have been changed for Reserve Staff – To have AG1 fully staff and properly up running.
5. Overtime Issue – – Issue weekly duty shortages early if possible
6. Heathrow T5 Station staffing level – No permanent staff – failure to agree – Only temporary supervisor
7. Hounslow West Station staffing level – Platform staffed as temporary measure - Failure
8. Heathrow T123 Station Car Parking facility – 7 days continuous facility for duty staff Agreed
9. Heathrow T5 Car parking facility – –not possible to pursue
10. Canteen pass facility – no canteen pass due to overall costs and taxation benefit
11. Television facility in the mess room – 8 items on order
12. Name badge for staff – issue local arrangement
13. Staff Contact details to be updated – staff contact details update to be issued
14. Communication with sick staff – their duty of care to ring staff and help
15. Heathrow T123- Change Booth issue –– DSM to review the process
16. New Chairs and Hector-phone for Heathrow T123 – DSM to pursue 5 Chairs & await Hphone on trial at HNC result
17. Pen facility for Customers near the HT123 ticket office windows - DSM to pursue
18. Gym / Shower Facilities – No Gym for experts reason, Maybe a shower if refurbishment due on a station
19. Heathrow Ticket office new fridge – DSM to pursue new one
20. Trade Union notice boards –– DSM to pursue
21. Hounslow East - Repeater for the Gate plunger –– H&S issue item
22. Hounslow Central – Public Toilet facility –– DSM to review Coin facility and DSM will look into matter.
23. Hounslow West – Staff car park facility –DSM to pursue all staff 1st come 1st served
24. Hatton Cross – Refurbishment information –DSM informed SS to go in the Platform Osterley and HNW being done and then move to HTX
25. Overtime payment not paid on time –– pursue via pay issue enquire with AG1
26. Attendance awards - – no more cash awards
27. Forms of Harassment – Foreign languages – DSM to issue guidelines
28. SS Osterley POM room used as an office – DSM to inform
29. SS Chair to replaced at Osterley – DSM to pursue
30. SS Osterley – Air condition unit –– No Ticket office refurbish
31. Osterley Emergency Equipment –– Cabin being order
32. Hounslow West Electronic scales for coins –– DSM to review
33. Familiarisation Questionnaires –– DSM to review for all stations and provide each with forms/checklists
34. Heathrow T123 – Birds Dropping way out exit left side –– pursue cleaning with SS then DSM
