I'm trying to build up an idea about the type of facilities each GSM provides for his/her staff.

On the Bank group 3 out of the 4 stations are currently going through some kind of major refurbishment. The fourth station (Chancery Lane) is due a refurbishment in the next few months.

Obviously this type of upheaval creates a lot of stress for the staff. I want the GSM/Project Team to give the staff some kind of thank you for the extra work they put in. I hear from colleagues across the combine that some GSM's supply Tea/Coffee machines, others TV's/Radios etc etc. Once I have some feedback as to what is out there or any ideas you may have, I will then approach the GSM with a view to obtaining some extra perks for the staff.
