Stop Liver Testing On London Underground
Last week's RMT AGM in Nottingham passed a motion condemming Liver Tests on London Underground. These tests are being used as part of the Drugs & Alcohol procedure. There have been several cases of people who are not alcoholics but because they fail these tests (in some cases only just fail) they are being threatened with their jobs. There is no known policy or procedure. The National Officers of the RMT will now be taking this issue up with LUL. If you have had any issues regarding this, let us know.
