After Resourcing's latest fiasco with regards to the three CSAs being told that they are moving to Waterloo, we brought the matter before the stations and revenue functional council today.

Despite this being managements cock up our members are expected to pay for resourcings mistakes. The situation at Rickmansworth we feel is exactly the same as Charing Cross yet Ricky's staff stay put and ours move. There is a blatent breach of the machinery of negotiation surrounding the legality of the way in which this was done, with management employing underhand and dishonest tactics when these staff were first employed. We have refered this to an ad-hoc directors meeting to try and get this resolved. Watch this space for updates.
